Chapter One
True scientists have found, and proved through scientific tests, that everything in this universe is inter-connected as one. They call it the holographic universe and that branch of science is called Quantum Physics.

When Albert Einstein found out about quantum physics, he said it was like the rug has been pulled out from beneath one’s feet. Albert Einstein also said, “Science without religion is lame, and religion without science is blind.”

Charles Darwin knows that he based his theory of evolution on the limited knowledge of the single living cell being just a lump of jelly[1]. Today’s scientists have found that the theory of evolution doesn’t work anymore as they stand in awe at the complexity of a single-celled animal which propels itself by a tail which spins by a little electric motor at 10,000rpm, stops within a quarter of a turn and spins in the other direction[2]. The information rich of a one-celled animal disproves the theory of evolution, and they call it the intelligent universe.
So what is truth?

Chapter Two
The way of the truth is paved with sharing truths so as to receive more truths but truth is useless without love. A seeker of truth must always tell the truth so as to testify to it. Speaking truth liberates us, while knowing the truth sets us free. Free to love. New truths embraced with simplicity fills one with joy. Knowing the truth also gives us peace.

Yet there is no greater peace than knowing that Almighty God, who creates the heavens and the Earth, personally cares for each one of us and loves us more than we could ever love ourselves. In return for His great love He asks us to totally surrender ourselves, our whole being, our whole life to Him who is our one and only true love for eternity. Eternal life is knowing God Almighty personally and also knowing His Son Jesus Christ. For the Lord (God), Jesus (the man) and Christ (Christos, the power) is the way, the truth and the life. For this world was created by Him for His personal pleasure because He explicitly and always does the will of His Heavenly Father, our Heavenly Father.

Jesus died for us a terrible death on the cross so as to reconcile us to His Father. And when everything has been made subject to Him excluding His Father, then together we shall be called His brother so that God may be all in all, and we become sons of God. The God Head is not a closed family of three i.e. made up of God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ and God the Holy Spirit. The God Head is inclusive of all who do His Will and obey Him even to death. The Lord God is one. For there is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for others. Just like Jesus did, He freely laid down his life for us all. As the Son of God, He could have called a Legion of Angels who would have saved Him and stopped His crucifixion. But instead he did it freely, 2000 years ago, in obedience to His Father and for the love He has for every one of us who have ever been born or yet to be born on this planet Earth. He suffered the second death which means He was separated from His Father, with whom he has been for eternity while he was taking suffering on Himself, the sins of mankind and its consequence i.e. the death penalty so that we may have eternal life. But God raised Him up on the third day and He lives forever more.

As we realise that our life is a real mess in trying to sort out our own problems. And that we have failed miserably, we are to make a turn around, a “U” turn from the ways of flesh and give ourselves entirely into His hands. Love casts out all fears, especially when making a life-changing decision. By accepting that we are sinners and that we accept the free gift of salvation, through Jesus Christ who paid the price with His own blood, and second death. He was raised from the dead and lives again. He, as the living God, can enter into our hearts to renew our minds so as to make our souls a fit habitation for Almighty God. God is light and in Him there is no darkness. Eternal God is love and He loves you personally.

Table Salt and its effects on the human body

Goitre is swelling of the neck due to a lack of iodine in the diet. Iodine is found in sea water.

Salt-refining companies remove all the minerals from seawater so as to sell them to laboratories. When people started to suffer from goitre, they put the iodine back into it and called it “iodised salt”.

Seawater is chemically similar to human blood with the exception of red haemoglobin. It is composed of: water 965gr and salt 35gr.

Sea salt itself is made up of the following:

• Chloride 55%
• Sodium 30.6%
• Sulphate 7.7%
• Magnesium 3.7%
• Calcium 1.2%
• Potassium 1.1%
• Other 0.7%

When you consume sodium chloride (in the form of table salt), the body goes into a “coping mode” and retains water for the purpose of keeping it in suspension, eliminating the excess that it can’t cope with. This is because sodium chloride is a toxin and harmful to your body.

Perspiration eliminates toxins from the body; salt is one of those toxins. Ann Frahm says in her video, “My battle with cancer”, that after a failed intensive chemotherapy, the doctors sent her home to die. She changed her diet to a wholesome fruits and vegetables raw diet and her body went into a “detoxifying mode”. Her skin was burning from the chemotherapy, which made her take three showers a day, plus she could taste the chemotherapy on her tongue. She was subsequently completely cured from cancer in five weeks.

From Ann Frahm’s experience, we learn that when you start taking care of your body and only consume good, beneficial nutrients, the body will then begin the process of rejecting the toxins. This is the process of detoxification because we have been “wonderfully and fearfully made”.

Consequently, when you eliminate table salt (sodium chloride) from your diet, you can taste the salt on your tongue, which indicates that it is slowly coming out. You will also lose weight because your body has gotten rid of the excess water.

Patients suffering from high blood pressure are told to reduce or eliminate table salt from their diet and to replace it with sea salt. Genuine sea salt is sold as Celtic sea salt (which is still wet) and is available from health food stores.

Chap. 1 - The Object of Our Publications

Our publications have a most sacred work to do in making clear, simple, and plain the spiritual basis of our faith. Everywhere the people are taking sides; all are ranging themselves either under the banner of truth and righteousness or under the banner of the Apostate powers that are contending for the supremacy [Which is the spiritual battle of Armageddon in the valley of decision and it all takes place in the mind of men].
At this time God's message to the world is to be given with such prominence and power that the people will be brought face to face, mind to mind, heart to heart, with truth*. They must be brought to see its superiority over the multitudinous errors that are pushing their way into notice, to supplant, if possible, the word of God for this solemn time. {CW 11.3}

*Accepting truth is coming face to face with God Almighty; after all it is a part of worship. Jesus said, “When you worship God, you must worship God in Spirit and in Truth because God is a Spirit” (John 4: 24). Can a person truly worship God while hanging on to dogmas of his denomination and rejecting the truth of God’s word, the Holy Bible?

Every week as preachers prepare their messages to preach to their congregations on the Sabbath, or on Sunday, the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ (Galatians 4:6) inspires them in the subject for the week that is usually the same subject for most churches. Jesus Christ also inspires the laiety who can hear His voice with the same message that their pastor is going to preach, which serves as a second witness ("for in the mouth of two or three witnesses, every word may be established" - Matthew 18:16).
